With a 14" pitch, this fan includes a 6" downrod with a 1" (O.D.) and can be used on ceilings up to a 30-degree pitch. It also comes with a 78" lead wire for taller ceilings. Please note that this ceiling fan does not include any lighting output.

CSA UL Listed Dry, this fan is suitable for dry locations, which are indoor areas not normally subject to dampness. The fan's air performance includes airflow 5236 cu. ft./minute on high, power usage of 32 Watts on high (excluding lights), and an airflow efficiency of 167 cu. ft./minute per Watt.

Constructed with non-corrosive brass and PVC components, this fan can be easily hooked up to standard garden hoses (garden hose not included). The black water storage tube is designed to absorb solar heat, providing comfortably warm showers. Additionally, the fan features hot and cold temperature adjustments with a large swivel rain shower head.
